I get an error when extracting my zip file
Our products are downloaded as standard zip archives and need to be extracted using the native zip application on your computer or mobile device. If you get an error when trying to open the zip file it is likely it was corrupted during the downloading process. In all honesty this was more of a problem 'back in the day' when internet download speeds ran at a snail's pace!
If you do have a corrupted zip archive, just re-download it and it should extract fine. If you continue to have problems please contact us, confirming any error messages you've received.
