• How are product bundles delivered?

  After purchasing your bundle you'll be taken directly to your File Bank where you'll see download links for each unique expansion within the bundle. You can then download, unzip and install each expansion to your MPC disk, as detailed in our expansion install guides.

• I already own some individual expansions that are included within a bundle - can I upgrade to the full collection?

  Yes, simply log in and visit the product page for the bundle and your discounted upgrade price will be automatically calculated.

• Can I create a custom bundle?

  Yes, the easiest way is to just add all the expansions you need to your cart and we'll automatically apply a 'Multi-Buy' volume discount to your entire order.

• Do you run seasonal sales such as Black Friday?

  No, we prefer to offer the same fair and affordable prices all year round. No gimmicks, no pressure tactics. Instead of a Black Friday event we run a 'Give Back Friday' weekend where a percentage of our sales are donated to charity (last year we supported the Archer Project).

• Is it possible to get a discount?

  Yes, we offer all-year-round volume discounts with our curated bundles or you can simply add multiple products to your cart and you'll automatically receive a 'multi-buy' volume discount (up to 25% off your order).

  Existing customers who already own part of a bundle can also upgrade to the complete bundle at any time - simply log in and visit the product page on a supported bundle and your discounted upgrade price will be displayed.
