Help

How do I download my purchase?

After you have bought your digital product, you will receive your download links via email. Our products are downloaded in compressed zip format, so you'll need to head over to a desktop or laptop and from there simply click your links and your files will download directly to your computer.

How do I transfer files to my MPC?

Your downloaded zip files can be opened simply by double clicking them - at this point all the files inside will be extracted to a folder. MPC Software users should then move this folder to your usual sample library location on your computer which you can then access via your MPC browser. If you have an MPC5000, MPC1000, MPC2500 or MPC500, these files can then be transferred to your MPC via USB or CF card. If you have an older MPC (e.g. MPC2000XL, MPC4000 etc), they can be transferred via your preferred storage media such as CDROM, Zip, Floppy, CF card etc. More info can be found in our MPC transfer guide.

I've purchased an ebook - how do I read it on my mobile device?

After downloading and extracting your files on a desktop or laptop, locate the ebook itself and sync it to your mobile device by the manufacturer's recommended method. For example, iPhone/iPad users can drag the ebook file into iTunes (or iBooks on a Mac) and this will sync the book to your device during the next sync cycle. Kindle users can connect their Kindle to their computer and drag the ebook file over, or alternatively email the book to their dedicated Kindle email address for cloud syncing.
